To the left of that is "Opens March Everywhere," and your guess is as good as mine as to what that means. But Rockstar knows what it's doing here, it's getting people to talk, and we've taken the bait.

When asked if Rockstar had ever considered setting a GTA game outside the US, Dan Houser responded:

Yes we have, we just haven't ever made that maneuver. I would have a certain confidence of maybe doing it in England, but anywhere else I wouldn't really know what was going on. The guys who make that kind of stuff on the team may not necessarily know where to begin. I'm sure that there are lots of interesting things to talk about in Russia or China or Japan about that aspect of society [consumerism] but I wouldn't know what they were and so we feel it wouldn't necessarily be GTA.

   In The Ballad of Gay Tony, there's an advert on a billboard in Star Junction that teases where the series is headed next (CameraLiberty City, It's Over! advert hints at GTA 5). The ad, which is replicated in the Episodes from Liberty City instruction manual, declares "Liberty City, It's Over!", to indicate that the GTA IV saga has ended. It then states "Next Stop," but the portion revealing the location has been torn away to expose part of a previous advert. The ad is a parody of the 2009 film New York, I Love You (CameraNew York, I Love You movie advert) and there has been much debate over whether it's a genuine hint or simply a joke. The advert underneath (which is partly exposed) can be found in several places across Liberty City, and many believe it is this that holds the clue (CameraVesuvius Citrate advert in GTA IV).

Also, there has already been a GTA London game http://en.wikigta.org/wiki/Grand_Theft_Auto:_London_1969 but there is a chance to be in England like said. Maybe we will mee the monster of Loch Ness? Maybe Bermuda Triangle? The volcano seems a bit weird, i think it would fit Bermuda Triangle or Indonesia? I would love to open TFK again if it would be in Tokyo!

The name ''Seagull'' indicates a species of bird, which live near the coast. Also, in the poster, it looks like a name of a hotel, so if you find something easteregg-like in San Andreas, and it's a hotel, near water, then we have a clear proof that it's in SA. But, Rockstar is known for making big things, so they will make something opposing it; perhaps try searching in Las Venturas? Or LSAP seems a nice place for seagulls? Maybe Ocean Docks or perhaps ''Seagull'' is the part of the name of SFAP? The hint that T-Bone gives us in the mission where you save Torreno, is maybe the key to unlock it. Maybe there's an un-announced easter egg at SFAP reffering to Seagull? Maybe the Golden Gate Bridge leading from SF to Bayside since there is a plate: ''There are no Easter Eggs here, go away'' It's a nice place for seagulls.

How cool would it be to defend a countryman's illegal scottish whiskey from the feds? If you succeed, this'll be your first savehouse, the more deeper you get into the story, the closer you get to town.

I think Best could be GTA SA with IV graphics in San Andreas, but if they can make the map bigger and add libery city to it.. like there's a mission that you fly to Liberty City and then kill the people there.. If they could mix together GTA Vice City, SA, and IV with IV graphics but map from all of them, it would pwn. That's what i think
