some more ram.. if ur Windows 7 is 32 Bit.. just bump it up to 4GB and it wont afect much

or just lower the amount of ram your graphics card needs.. so just make it use the 1GB is has on the card..

or u just might need to restart..

you are after free memory.. not avalible... because normally the free memory and avalible memory Have the same amount

Don't say you want it for SA:MP :P

Say its updating for the future, that everything is really slow and you want to update a bit.

I run SA:MP with no lag on a dual core 2.00 GHZ laptop with 3GB of RAM, good advice from the above post.

RAM Could sort it ^^
