Group War Policies

This topic is for the rules drawn up by Panda and agreed upon in NitrOx's Petition.

Concept

Groups that wish to engage in fights must both agree to the conflicts that may come.
To this end, a double sided "validation" must be agreed upon.

E.G.
Group A wishes to fight Group B.
Group A must declare war on Group B.
For Group A to be able to fight Group B, Group B must also declare war on Group A.
Only then may they validly engage in a groupwar ingame.

It should also be noted that leaders must be ingame at times of conflict. These leaders can be selected using the form below.
A group may not attack without one of its Validation Leaders and a group may not be attacked without on of its Validation Leaders.


Rules/Policies and Complaints

:: Once killed in a conflict, a player must not return for any reason. Only through direct agreement with the enemy gang's leader may they return (if they got carkilled by a DMer, for example).
:: If a player returns to the fight, complaints must go to their groups leader or superior ranking officer. Complaints must not go into /report.
:: If a gang's leader constantly ignores reports of his players returning (e.g. he lets them continue fighting despite protests from the other side that he already died) then quite simply, he will lose his declaration from the enemy side and hence his validations. He will then no longer be allowed to have a groupwar with them.

This simple system means that if you show poor control of members, and poor etiquette, you will lose validations and will not be allowed to fight.
Remember:
Gangs without official double validation in this thread may not fight, even if both sides technically agree ingame.

If you attack another group, and their ally is there with them, they may aid in defense even if you are not validated. This only applies to defensive situations, when attacking you must only target a validated opponent and only bring fully validated allies with you.

And yet again, its the same as old one, and it will end up as the old one, everybody removing validations. Now don't take this as a moan or anything, I just want to work this out to every single details, so the past errors wont happen to all of us.
You should have  also contacted all of the leaders to make a deal on this.

I would like to add to the rules of validations, that you can not, go in a war, if one of two group leaders are not online. With this, every group should pick two people who should be the authorization of a gangwar. With this rule there wont be no more attacking 1 enemy online member, with 20 of you etc, but it would only happen when there are at least equal.

For example:
Gvardia - Me and Eugene ( You can only make an attack on Gvardia, when me or him are online)
Araatus- Panda and Maxy ( -||-)
Corleones- Daniel and Violet
Ancelotti- Romeo or Andros?
Stracci- NitrOx and Flash?
etc etc.
I think everyone would agree that this will totaly change and almost completely erase the abuse of validations which cause them to fail in the past.

Its called "Validation Leaders " and not "Group Leaders " for a reason. Only two leaders of each group, in which case they are online, they can expect an attack.

Its mainly because, the part of Validation Leaders, should go to the two most experience and combat skilled member, so the quality of the gang wars would be on a high level, rather then the old system.
