I didn't want to alter the photo too much, just make the car the focus and change the colors and background..

I dont think it's the bestest of works of art >.<

It is actually blurry :P, but if you put a license plate on that big black area and made it briter in the big black bumper area at the front, it'd make the car better :P

Here, fortunately, you only need one license in the back. It is a little darker in some areas than I would like.

Looks great but when using the blur-tool, make sure to get straight on the edges, or else it will look smudged. Otherwise, looks great!
