There was a patch released for this on SA-MP forums. However, the links were deleted because Kye no longer allows applications and DLLs.
I managed to recover it tho. It allows you to select almost any custom resolution. Instructions for install are on installation.txt. Once you've done that, go in game, press ESC, and set your settings like you normally would. Your resolution should come up.

Here's the download: http://coresave.net/uploads/m/multipatch-bin-v1.1.rar

And if you are using windows 7, you'd also need to put this in the SA root directory: http://coresave.net/uploads/d/d3dx9_42.dll

Wow this worked like a charm.

Is there a way you can run mulitple .dlls, like this custom resolution and ENBSeries at the same time?

Where must we go... we who wander this Wasteland in search of our better selves?

I'm having some problems with thit, if you could help, that would be great! I get a "missing d3d9.dll" and "GTA SA requires DX9" . If I use the Windows 7 .dll GTASA starts perfectly, but I do not have functionality at all. I'm running Vista 64bit.

Much Appreciated, I've been playing with this "block" for way to long.

Kind Regards

Have you put both of the .dll's into the GTA San Andreas folder?

I put "d3d9.dll" and "multipatch" (which is a Cofiguration System file) into my GTA SA folder, so only 1 dll.

Well, you should have both DLLs in your SA root, I've uploaded them for you here in case you're having missing ones.

And yes Tov, it worked like a charm. :)
