Why is everyone asking who the teacher was, it was evidently one of the EXAMINERS who interrupted the lesson by saying they knew enough, not the teacher

Why do you want to join The SFDS?
because I dislike people who drives recklessly and harms others, so i decide to join SFDS for an opportunity to teach new immigrants to drive.
and to make San Andreas a safer city for drivers.
