There is no command for giving driving lessons, just RP it and make sure he knows everything.

Examiners are able to /givelicense [id], if needed.

Why do you want to join The SFDS?
   Because I want to join a fantastic school in the best town . I want to teach new people how to drive in the streets of Argonath. I know all the rules and the laws in the traffic and I want the students to know how to behave right in a car.

Why do you want to join The SFDS?
   I spend most of my time in SF.  I want to help new players become our Argonath regulars by having them get their license.  I could always join AVDS or LSDS.  But I would rather join SFDS since ofcourse it is in SF
