Thanks for the advice, will try doing that. To be honest, never been doing the deadlifts, which is obvious.

If you keep your back straight, your arms fixed, what do you think, what are the muscles which are allowing you to lift the weight?

It's one of the best exercises because it works your entire body. It'll get you that strong core.

Oh shit! Damn, how long were you working out on your abs? I mean, when you decided to get the six pack, not since you do the sit-ups... Been doing the sit-ups while I've been playing football, but that wasn't effective, had to start working out in the gym, focusing on the abs... Started eating 5 times a day, drinking only water and been doing many versions of sit-ups (not the basic ones), and this is the result:

P.S. I'm 191cm, had 88 kilograms, made a big step by losing 5 kilograms in 40-45 days, without losing the muscles.
And yeah, if I took a picture like you did, the abs wouldn't be seen as good as here, but I'll post a picture here in 3-4 months like you did :)
You have epic stomach muscles, what else can I say... :lol:

Actually, if you work out on your core, you will be faster, but you must work on your legs as well.
Stomach-Ass is more important than the legs! :)

arent the abs only the front muscles? Atleast or is it also for the back ones?
