San Andreas constantly crashing.

Right, I've been working on this for the best part of the day, and its annoying the fuck out of me;

I can no longer access single player, or samp, it crashes halfway through loading, anyone got any ideas for any fixes; I've done the following

Reinstalled 18 times, tried three different gta_sa.exe's, tried a hybrid gta_sa.exe made by myself and a friend from Rockstar North (I have Rockstar North trying to help me :L)  Renamed directories, reinstalled a further two times, Updates my Graphics card driver, took out my second monitor (causes SA:MP crashes) spent an hour scouring the samp forums to be told to "rename directories" again, trued that three more times, re-installed a further 3 times, got pissed off, tried another of my GTA:SA discs, and none have given any help.

I'm running Windows 7 Ultimate 32 bit, and my computer kicks the shit out of the recommended requirements for GTA.

If no one can help, I'm going out to obtain an XP disc.

Have you tried compatibility modes? o-o

I've tried every combination of compatibility mode possible >.<

Removed every trace of San Andreas related stuff, even in the registry, then reinstalled it :L
