SA:MP Mouse Problem

Alright, the problem is small, but a solution will help out a lot.

Every time I use SA:MP, my mouse does not move ... I move it, i can press with it, but using it is Guess-work ... So i have to guess where it is ( cause the actual mouse does not move)

Is there a solution ?

Pause, wiggle your mouse, then use the arrows keys, up, down, then up to "Resume" hit enter and it should sort out any mouse problems.

That didn't actually help.
You got the problem wrong. I can move the camera ( screen ), i can move the mouse when i press Esc. But the mouse that appears whenever I press T or Tab, that's the mouse that doesn't move.
