I've reported sickness before a number of times for ill doings but nothing seems to happen im not flamming at admins i just dont like people like him making this server rubbish... anyways heres a picture to prove hes an abuser, thanks

And that picture isn't any proof. It could have been that he stopped you and you just ran away. But if you are talking about that he didn't said surrender I don't think you have to take it so hard because many new cops don't say it either.
