Again changing with the topic. I told you. Making group names and topic layouts every week won't attract members.
RP alone, make your character, decide what fits your RP need. Enroll into some fine groups around Argonath. See how it goes, functions, get some experience. after you think enough time passed, and you feel ready, emotionally and financially. Then make a group.

Join a fucking serious gang, learn about how it works, get more experience in the game and get someone to make you a decent topic. Maybe then someone will join.
