Yes, businesses and houses have no value, Traser and myself have tested those out and they all work perfectly as usual, we just had to simply buy the business and /restock then you can use it, although custom bizz ints dont load due to the streamer bug.
Once the streamer issue is fixed it should be fine, as for no value, that is simply because they have not been officially set yet.
