GTA IV for PC, cant get the disk to load.

i have installed GTA IV but the disk doesnt load cause its scratched.. is there eny way i can get a No-CD Patch? because i would rather not buy a new game.

i now have one but now it just doesnt seem to load, it begins to load but then the window for it wont open. :/

Does it give you any error?
If, then unplug your Internet cable from the computer.
Also try another crack. Try to get the correct version.
