Lol, quick-scoping nowadays is a formality with guns even like the Barret or the WA2000.

Glad they removed the ability to (sniper)scope in faster with SOH in Black Ops.
Quick-scoping on MW2 is far to easy cause of SOH same with Stopping Power.

No it isn't try it without SOH and it's really fucking hard with an Intervention.
SOH makes it so much easier and it why I despise snipers when they can just not even scope up and 1 shot you from across map and I'm talking A Domination Area on Rundown to the Gas Station area. 

It's a bullshit perk am glad Treyarch removed it for snipers.

Fuck the scope, I would acog on niggas with the barett.

But when you have the m16 its better than a sniper, I don't play it anymore though.
