S.T.A.R.S stands for Special Tactics and Rescue Service. What we do is simple...we save people! We are not hunters we are police officers and we see it as our job to make sure that every civilian gets somewhere that is safe. A place away from the Blood Thirsty Killers. As for our history... we are what is left of the Las Venturas Police Department but saving people in these conditions has taken its toll and we are now few in numbers we only recruit the bravest of People, much training is done to ensure you are up to the job but in this frantic fight for survival we stand our ground and attempt to save as many lives as possible!
