Jamal you must get one thing, admins cannot function without the players. /report is your command, you hold the power and you(players) wage the mood on the server.Yes you are correct, however I have one thing to say:

When you kill him, explain him that DM is not allowed. Nothing better then whipping the floor with him then giving him a lesson he won't forget.

I do not know why you said the first part, considering I said it about 3 times in my post  as for the defense - I truthfully would rather die than kill a new player because it provokes him to kill me, or worse, other players. Although I know some who would kill him on the spot - thats not me, but I see what you mean and will keep it in mind.

Tell me the time on server I will check logs as I never saw players telling "stop moan" to the guys who guide a newcomer with the proper police procedure...

Moaning is a style of people express their opinion... Everything people tell - it is their opinion... Nothing comes from their mouths forced, except you have a gun pointed into your head...

Who are moaners? Those, who constantly try to attract attention by complaining... Who do think they are always right and do not give a f**k if that was a mistake a circumstances or whatever... Who think that by shitting others (especially newcomers) they grow in the eyes of community... Who do constantly wave their dirty pants and do not do anything to wash it but pretend that will do admins/newcomers/Argonath veterans... Who do think the world is turning around them and have no brains to understand the reality... Those who were always hiding behind mum's skirt when something goes not as they want...

In other words, as Russians say, the bad dancer always blames his big balls...

Moaners are demanders and actually very annoying...
Expressing opinion can be done in different ways and some of them we do not allow like flame, insult, provokes, constant annoying, etc... Moaning is a part of this...
It does not give any positives... It only ruins the atmosphere inside community, as moaners use the simple thing: as I said, if things are going ok, people do not need to post about it... With that all what others read in community they like - moaners...
That annoys community, that annoys admins, that annoys owners...
So basically we have all rights to set admins watch to the code red for moaners...

Mr aragorn, it was a regular player who did not follow cop procedures and he was also the one to tell me to stop moaning after i told him proper procedure.

Also, I am not saying all moaners are just expressing their opinion, but I am saying some people just give an opinion that is NOT actually moaning, but it seems the server [for whatever reason] wants to jump the person and say 'stop moaning!' EVEN if what he says is not moaning, but maybe just saying 'thats not a good idea' or something. I'm not talking like someone DID moan their opinion, im talking someone giving an opinion in a non-moan way but still be hearing 'STOP MOAN' in his ear.

Actually from what I remember from Old Argonath even roleplay events dmers were not reported... There was at least one admin and yes people could be pissed off or whatever, but nobody reports dmer when admin is there...

SA:MP reports about every shit right in front of your nose... Even if admins types the player that he is watching his case, the player can start a shit about admin doing nothing...

But I am tired already of explanations here and telling the same things once again and again... If players have no Argonath feeling, they will never have it, I suppose...

Getting Dmed by a player./report and /hail 2. Take initiative, get owned and then moan at admin chat "WTF, lazy admins" , " OMG read reports""f**king DMer IDXX"

I myself came to the best MTA:VC fighter R* clan founder and asked him to teach me to fight... And we were busy with it, mixing easily the roleplay (martial arts) and game skills...

What is in your post I pointed to - getting dmed ---> /report to admin... This I would suggest to use only in case of player constant deathmatching/ignoring...

Worked because stubby was an clean hit, and there was no hacks back then who could prevent an death by instant-kill weapons/situations.


Now a days, most hacks they use in sa:mp can even prevent death by knife. There should still be ways tough, but I do not know.
But yes, we had out ways in defeating the hackers back in the old days. Wich also allowed us to prevent them from entering fort baxter to screw with us when the scripts was down. IN prevent I mean we threatned to shoot them down on sight if they entered with thier hacks.

Yeah, that is why I was called on that community "hackers' friend", as hackzorgs were respecting me for not running away with screams, lol...

I remember there was one to annoying all of them, especially cops, as he was level 6 wanted... So they gave up and started screaming... I took a robber skin and tried to kill him... We were fighting, I think, 15 minutes, as he was not a noob cheater and used speedhack during combat as well... That was a weird fight, something like a knight against a dark wizard lol... But he finally killed me... 
Then said some compliments to my skills and that he will not disturb this server anymore and left...

Guys, I still have my banshee with 18 stars of killed hp-hackers...

Nostalgia is always good, good feelings when we beat them even when they tought they were zomg invincible.

About good old feelings, something that everyone was excited for when scripts was down. Fort baxter.


Ron, seriosly. Do you know how much fun we had the times scripts was down? (Not saying I wanted scripts to be down, but when they were down, we still had fun)

Some very epic roleplays sprung forth, common ones was the humans vs the zombies, gravedigging military personell in war and playing cards while the bombs (hackers and dmingers) were falling.

The most amazing thing I have ever seen in those scriptless times, is that the whole server would unite regardless of personal feelings against other, and just have an great time. Or those who was not an admin who could unite the server even in scriptless bad days.

For example, even with scripts down. Nearly no one rulebreaked or dared to question the admins when they told someone that they were rulebreaking. (As in stupid comments or just flaming behaviour about punishments). Instead of doing that shit, players cared to have fun.

The kind of Argonath I started out on... memories.

When I was outnumbered by DMers to the point where a gun fight with them would be meaningless, I would start throwing molotovs.

If you read the above posts, what you see are more than just the memories of old-time Argonath players... you can read an important lesson there.

In old days, the players actually looked out for themselves and the admins had more time to attend to more important issues than "ZOMG ADMIN ID XX IS FLAMING ME DO SOMETHING GODDAMNIT"... we are helpers, not baby sitters.

No one bothers to defend themselves anymore... if I see people who end up killing out of self-defense (and find out what they claim is true, that they killed in self defense) because they had no other choice (as they did not use /report for every single shit), then by all means I do not see why they should walk free... yes, I unsuspect them.
