IVMP will not start

Well, I'm using a legal copy of GTAIV, just before I get questioned, and when I hit launchIVMP.exe, I get the socialclub thing, I hit play (offline) and nothing happens after this, has anyone else experienced this problem, and how did they fix it.

Just fixed it, now the server keeps saying it has a password >.<  what do?

to be shutted down for a while
afterwards developers will set
new car spawns and update the
