No SAMP groups is for any group at all (on SAMP). Every group started there with a topic.

it says no joining cost -.- 
and i might change the 10% thing to $2000 for ammo/event costs     
because its not free to run events/buy ammo
by events i mean planned stuff like robbery/kidnaps etc.
