but I want it to be more then 800*600 (if its animated and more then 1028*768 - 30k prize!), good looking animation. It is possible to find, just do some research. For the best one, I will pay 10-20k.

If you want matrix animated background for your website I think I got exactly what you are looking for. I got the matrix background for website (html code with flash, as  it's animated). If you want I can upload it.

Not bad. But it doesn't reflex all matrix..only few parts are going down.. anyway, here is decision..
