Ganton could be Granton which is in Edinburgh, Scotland where the game was made by Rockstar North.
Alot of the stuff in SA resembles Scotland - e.g the Gant Bridge and the rail one next to it it based off the Forth Road Bridge & Forth Rail Bridge.
