Stream problems

Alright im in game then items begin to not load correctly or constantly reload. Like ill be driving on a road and its invisible or something, then it appears. I tried the GTA SA Stream Fix 2.0 and it just makes me crash often, if i don't use it i don't crash. I do use Mod's but i have used many more before than i do now. Any other idea's that may help. Also any idea on why my game crashes often if i do use the Stream Fix? Thanks in advance.

Mr. X try the stream fix 1.0 or up but don't pass the 2.0, State your mods of your game, please.

I primarily use Skin Mods such as ones for Ped's. I cut down on some to help out, i also use gun mods and 1 car mod for my Buffalo and a Bike mod for my Freeway. I would like to add 3 PD Car mods aswell but im afraid it will get worse. But thats all, i do use Spark's IMG Editor to put them into my gta3.img. I do use Cleo4 for the ELM, but i had this issue even before ELM.

Well, probably some lazy and bad mod...
Uninstall the mods that you don't use that much.
