Alright guys I am REALLY sorry now, I hope you can forgive me for what I have done in the ARPD forums, that was only a discussion about SAPD, and that's GENERAL DISCUSSions board, I don't know why some one did not point this out.

1. He did not make a mistake making this topic. When banned on the ARPD forum it does not show who banned you.. and if he's permanently banned then he cannot contact anyone on the forum itself to get help...

2. I don't see what you did which was that terrible to ban you permanently, and if you promise not to purposely create unnecessary topics and spam I am willing to give you a second chance.

He knew it was me who banned him not so long after the ban was applied.

He even contacted me asking for unban, I said no, yet he decides to overrule it and try again now.
