This idea has my vote. I may make a couple debates about things, questioning and such but that does not mean i dislike the community, people who are the other side of the ball park or anything. You are all still friends to me, and i still respect the developer's and the reasons why they make decisions. The bike issue for instance, the fact that the Bikes were getting removed, sucked, but the reason why made sense. Well put Eliteterm.

Its simple guys, DEVS/Owners know what is right and wrong, Just like parents. They know what will be good for the server.
i will say,This will be the best lesson for the moaners who moan " Give us the damn ability to ride bikes while suspected".

In game, a temp ban should be issued for moaning, kick just allows him to return after 7 seconds and still moan.
Tempban solves this issue with 60 minutes. If a player doesn't relax and cool down in those 60 minutes, this game isn't for him.

Increase temp-bans to days?

The developers worked so hard and devoted hours and hours of their free time just to create scripts that would help you play in a fun environment, but what do we get?

I remember joining the community 1 and a half years ago.What an atmosphere  :bow:
Now.People appreciate only things they really "love"(which ONLY fits them)and don't look for the other members.Less and less people are being nice to eachother and on and on you see rumors,bans with hurting contents/reasons.Sometimes it indeed needed to pull a special gear(I am referring to admin/Manager/Comm.leader/Higher ranked's decisions,which have always a right point).Those who complain or aren't happy of what they have here,could help instead spreading mad mood around here.

Wel i have a few things to say indeed its verry annoying how many moaners there are and that the have no Respect for people who work there ass off for the Comunity like Owners Develepers Admins and many many more

While this is not really about moaning, I would still like to take my time to say this:

I have noticed an certain number of players ingame who are constantly jumping around with capslock on even with several warn. I have seen players, who scream and moan in such an deadly precision on mainchat that it is being on borderline childish, and I have seen rulebreaking. Sexual jokes and other stuff wich is AGAINST the rules

I am going to take stronger measures against this. So let this be an warning.
Not taking me as serious? You should start doing that.

Let's bring this into mta:vc definition.

*Regulars, who are fully aware of the rules, are punished harder than new players.
*New players, are not punished as harsh as an regular would if the regular break the same rules.

What do this mean? Read and UNDERSTAND. I am not going to babysit regulars, who whine on mainchat "Omg he killed me" "Fucking freecops" etc etc among other flaming.

I do not see an reason, to why I should take it easy on regulars, who are rulebreaking.

As for who the players are, I have an general policy which I learned from other games. Which is "No naming and shaming". IN short. It is noone of your concern who the playernames are that I have been taken notes off.

If you tought "Ah just an nuub moderator, lol let's provoke him/try to teach him/lololol". Think again, I have been admin before. And not for an short time ethier. (If you absolutely must try to teach/comment, do so in PM on forums. I will only dismiss it if you say it on mainchat)


Let me tell you one thing about punishments dealt by admins ingame, which I think is very important:

Attempting to moan, whine, or give provoking comments on punishments ingame (especially on mainchat) will only result in further punishments.

I am not joking around. I will take said bold text to my heart and incoporate it into my admin work. You guys need to realise that doing said bolded text (moan, whine or give provoking comments on punishments) ingame only causes:

Prolonged arguments wich only disturbes the mainchat.
Flaming.

I am not telling you this an second time.

I find it ironic that you agree as your forum attitude is one of the many that have pissed devs off... first 4 pages of your posts in profile already have moderator comments and verbal warnings in them, not to mention your constant contradiction of posts from me that actually make sense.
