If you have Windows XP, use www.google.com - search Daemon tools light.

Audio Fucking Visual.

The only thing you need to know is that you're going to have to format your hard disk, since there's no direct upgrade from 32 bit to 64 bit (you'll need to back up any files that you want to keep, prior to formatting). The formatting and installation can both be done from the boot menu of your Windows 7 DVD, just follow the prompts.

If you haven't already, make sure that your CPU can actually support 64 bit, before you go ahead and do anything.

My CPU is C2D and i am pretty sure that it supports 64, and i didn't mean to update it straight away, i meant to install it from a DVD. The problem is that i can't install the setup because setup.exe is 64 bit file and my operation system is 32 bit, so do you think that i can burn/copy the windows to a DVD and it will automatic boot itself when i insert it into the CD/DVD at DOS Start up?

You can't 'upgrade' 32-bit operating system with a 64-bit operating system. You have to format (erase) your hard disk drive before doing this, and therefore you have to boot up from the installation DVD rather than starting it on your desktop. (because you're actually erasing the desktop in the process)

To boot from the DVD, reboot your PC and enter the BIOS, navigate to your Boot Priority and select the DVD-ROM/RW as the first choice instead of the Hard Disk Drive. Now when booting while the installation DVD is in it will ask you to press any key to start the installation. Once the installation has completed, you may go back to your BIOS and swap the Boot Priority back to normal.

I know that i have to format my Hard Disk 'C' but not the whole hard disk. Also i meant to update my operation system by installing another operation system after format Hard Disk 'C'. And if you thought that i want to update it my operation system from 32bits to 64bits straight away without format Hard Disk 'C' that doesn't make sense because that option doesn't even exists.

Thank you everyone for trying to help me and specially you IcyAero for the important information.
