Youtube green squares problem

Hello people!

I've a problem with youtube and it started with ... -->
I was browsing the internet and i found advertising about Google Chrome the fastest browser, i clicked on the advertising and loaded the download page, i downloaded the browser and i installed it on the computer, then i tried to watch a video on youtube but i couldn't see it because of the stupid green squares and here is a picture for it.





Also i tried Firefox browser but still with the same problem.

Does this happen with all videos or just this particular video that you are trying to view?

Have you tried to view this particular video at a higher or lower quality ?

Yes all videos and i tried the video at a higher quality but it doesn't help.
I tried the lowest quality 240 or 260 and it worked fine but i can't watch any videos with quality like that, Can someone help me with this problem?
I played a youtube on the hard disk and it was like that -->



I think the problem is with flash player, i will go re-install it.
I reinstalled flash player but it didn't help.
