2. Thou shalt not shoot unarmed, non moving suspects.
3. Thou shalt remember to follow the law.
4. Honor your fellow officers.
5. Thou shalt not kill civilians.
6. Thou shalt not commit crimes.
7. Thou shalt not steal suspects
8. Thou shalt not bear false witness using the /su command
9. Thou shalt not covet your fellow officer's patrol car
10. Thou shalt not covet money.

No, as ARPD officers is the new name for freecops, and freecops are not part of the "ARPD" but "ARPD" is called SAPD ingame, I am lost now.

But I am still thinking, is my English that bad that I do not understand you, or is your English .. not correct?
