the CLEO that I use was a self installer, and had not one problem with it. its work a try, and im sure it'll work for you

also includes the emergency light mod (F12-ingame)

Does ELM work with CLEO3 also?

And, it says to select a place to put my opcodes in when using the cleo4 installer, where do I put them?

And do cleo3 mods work with cleo4?

ELM is a mod for CLEO

and for the auto installer, if it asks for a "GTA Path", then direct it to Program Files  >  Rockstar Games  >  GTA San Andreas

i understand English perfectly well. the file i uploaded is CLEO3 AND ELM. ELM was originally a CLEO 3 mod.

CLEO 4 is built off CLEO 3. as is 3 off 2, and 2 off 1.
