Sorry, to hear that.
I know it sucks a lot when you are on high weight, although I got rid of that aswell.

I wish you good luck, and keep going for it - in the end you will have a wonderfull result.

Hi Charles.
I've known you now for a year at-least.
There was not a day since when you went away in October when I did not forget you when I was posting on the forums or in-game / on ParUni also. I always thought "we need CBF" / "where is CBF", last night I was thinking about you too.

Although it's a relief to know you are looking on taking care of yourself for once.
There is no doubt you've done much more then ANYONE for this community, you even ended up risking your life for this unworthy community.

I can only pray that you take care of yourself, even Type 2 diabetes can be easily managed with a strict routine. My own father was recently diagnosed with Diabetes, he's not that bad, like with smoking, he just decided one day to stop. There is no one I can compare to my father, but you, someone who was like a big brother, a good one, not like the shitty one I have for real

Don't worry you'll not need injections ;), you'll manage.

As for your mental state, make sure you talk to your GP about it, it's not as bad as you think, you just need to realise you're strong enough to manage.

From everything you've done for the community and its individuals', you deserve something much more then these words.

I could only regret that I did not get to know you better, didn't even get yo' MSN T.T, although I hardly use it... I can take ARPD for you, don't worry, everything will be fine.   :rules:

Like others, I find this to be terribly sad news. Sad not just because you will spend less time with us but because this has happened to CBFasi, the human being, who we know to be our good friend.
Good luck with shedding those extra pounds.

This was very unexpected. Real life always comes first, CBF. I really hope you can adopt this kind of things in your life. Goodluck, CBF. No matter what happens, just focus on RL.

Oh, CB, that are already better news that it did not go far for injections!!!
I wish you to get it treated (if it can) and a good fit in a new lifestyle...

Good luck and take care!...
I am sure you will manage...

You found paradise in Argonath. You had a good game, you made good friends. The admins protected you and there were courts of law. So you didn't need a friend like me. Now you come and say "Aragorn, give me justice." But you don't ask with respect.

You're still young enough, to make a huge step in changing your way of life, which is one of the hardest thing a mature adult can face, cause then you need to cut it all from the roots, and start all over, like everyone does in adolescence age mostly.

You're one of the most dedicated people I met here, so you got the strength in you for a life change!

I wish you all the best in life, to get some weight down, your diabetes always in control, and a healthy  and long life!

Cheers!

My mother has type 2 to.

She doesn't inject her self though. She just has to do that sugar test thing with a pinch to draw blood.

Good Luck Cbfasi.

All the best,

Jack_

Just exercise daily from now on, enroll with your local gym to help with weight loss or buy equipment for at home.
Sad to hear someone from here has Diabetes, I don't know if stress has contributed to it but if it has then I advise you to stay off Argonath for a while or atleast only come on for an hour or so per day.

REPLICA.

Be careful when excerising as it causes your blood sugar level to drop.

Take a Mars Bar or Lucozade with you for before or after you've excersized.

- Go for a walk around a forest
That's fucking fun. No sarcasm intended. I love bringing a few friends, water, and a small snack.

Depriving yourself of food seems tempting, but don't do it, especially if you start doing intense workouts. Try grilled chicken over fried chicken for example - grilled chicken doesn't have all of that oil shit, and the flames actually make the fat burn off anyway. And try home-making fries instead of buying them at the store. You can simply cut up a potato and bake 'em up, as opposed to deep frying them in oil.

Camping is an excellent way of getting exercise as well. It also forces you to ration food, since the super market isn't any less than 300 kilometers away, and that you have only brought so much food. One of the best advices regarding food in survival situations is to refrain from eating three square meals; eating little by little makes much more use of what the food provides as opposed to three square meals. It also encourages you to only eat what you need, hence why it could help in today's civilized life outside of the woods.

Believe it or not, rowing a boat is a FULL BODY exercise. More muscle on the entire body = more fat burned on the entire body. Give that a try too.
Try going for a vacation in the mountains of inland Europe. Plenty of opportunities to hike, and nothing really to stress you.
