MSN Problem [Please Help]

Well, Iv recently formatted my PC, and Iv just re-installed messenger... Iv tried the "2011 Live Essentials" and the "Version 9.0" and when its finished installing, I keep getting this message below:



Iv even tried "Run as administrator"

OK, i also had this problem before i updateds to Windows 7


Have you installed the latest Windows Vista Servicepack 2 WITH THE PLATFORM UPDATES
Service Pack 2
Even if you have Servicepack 2 download this one because it contains some new platform updates

You will also have to download the latest directX verision to update your library
