1.There is no house set that will point that this is the Araatus Complex.
2.They have a bizz there.But if you wan't to own the exterior too you have to pay more.
3.The bizz value is like only 350k+ while Gulucan's bizzes and a house are 1mil +.

Personally, as long as Araatus owns that business that has been there since like.. forever, they are the owners. No matter how many houses you have around it.

Plus - Gulucan has some house in a ackward situation. It isn't allowed to have a house under those conditions, therefore, as sooner or later it will be removed.

Now you're being JUST LIKE THEM. Araatus owned that place since 2007/2008. So Chris, get the fuck out and think about it. The ONLY reason why I'm in Gulucan is because, I try to help them with the whole DMin/Plaming/Notsogoodenglish thing.
