This topic made me go on server and check the so-called "complex"... With that I can answer to you and there is no way for discussion, at least from your questions I do not see any suggestion for discussing...

The Complex probably called those three buildings... In this three buildings Araatus hold one bar and Gulucan hold two business and two houses...
Why the f**k Araatus claimed the whole area their own area, if all what they had there - the bar for 489k? While Gulucan bought the most of the territory buildings and wasted for that more then 4 millions? It is more looking like the Gulucan area and not Araatus...
Or Araatus thought they can buy the Downtown for 500k? Are you f**king kidding me people?

There is no any Araatus complex... there is a bar with nice interior to have some dinner... The separated building... All other buildings on that area are owned by Gulucan... Face it... Or buy it from them and then announce it as Araatus complex... For free money wanted to own Downtown - nice appetite...

Neither, the houses were removed because the entire Complex has business-only doors and "non-reachable" doors.

I was in fact waiting for businesses to be settable again, which is why I was sat on 1.5 mil cash.
Suddenly, houses and businesses have appeared there, despite being told previously that I couldn't get any houses set (at all), and that I couldn't do new businesses yet. I was also waiting to see if the price rose on the Bistro to cover the complex, which it never did.

Either way, people still recognise it as the ARC, and always will. All Gulucan have done is permanently soil their name in the eyes of the established mafias and generally everyone else.. so nobody wins, really.

Also, one of the houses owned by Gulucans is also set against the property rules, as it is the door we originally wanted set and it was denied because you had to jump upto it.

Proof of Araatus wanting it, but never getting it, so they asked for something to be added to make it allowed.
