This is Araatus Complex... The admin who set the Gulucan properties must not have been aware that there must be a space of a few metres between each set property for it to be set as a legitimate property. Araatus owned many properties there before, but they were reset when CBFasi and David Omid were reviewing every property set back in 2009. The fact anyone can even think of calling the place Gulucan HQ is just lol-worthy.

The Area around it is not set to anyone but the most predominate group to rule the area is the Arratus.. the complex is regarded as the Arratus complex by most of the server just as Gvardia Hq is regarded to everyone. The place may not say it but it is their area and anyone who comes in muscling in to take it over is just a sad group that they could not claim their own location.

Just for the record, I don't dispute that they do technically own the northern building (they don't own the east one though, since there is no business on it).
However, the fact that they are trying to be a respectable criminal group yet are clearly engaging in this publicity stunt riding on the reputation of the area as the Araatus Complex is what disturbs me and many others.

Why the f**k Araatus claimed the whole area their own area, if all what they had there - the bar for 489k? While Gulucan bought the most of the territory buildings and wasted for that more then 4 millions? It is more looking like the Gulucan area and not Araatus...

That's probably why most Gulucans DM you, because you have pissed them off and maybe they are tired of it?
No, Gulucan is not perfect nor Araatus, Corleone, Gvardia, Kolta, Ancelotti and many others but those groups will never be perfect why? because no single fucking person on this little blue planet is perfect and never will be but those groups worked hard to get where they are and never gave up.
As you can see here Gulucan is trying but not in a good way
Instead of putting them down why not help them? why report them when you could teach them to be a great group and prosper instead of crash and burn?
I understand Araatus being mad or not about some group taking their HQ away but instead of DMing each other they should have handled it in mature manner as in contacting a Property Admin/Server Owner/Community Leader since Araatus is the veteran group while Gulucan is the new group

Time to give my 2 cents. The Araatus are alot older and I'd say more respectable and I still see then not in many numbers but I believe and have seen 2-3 of them in Off Hours of Argo however with Gulcans It's sad and not from the point eyes of a criminal but as a cop I SEE them daily rule break and at least 4 are kicked daily for rule breaking and about 5 tempbanned weekly and what 6 now banned and at least 3 are either Perma or Over 1 month bans.

Thats just the start I see them daily Role as free cops and are making the Free cop SUS and Kill problem worse, I see 3-4 of them rollup on other Factions and will sus them for dumb reasons and start crap and will ask for backup if they get owned but never show up to your calls and if they do there only there to shoot the suspects and they dont even report in there killings they act like Mafia/Gangsters as free cops WHO DOES THAT! how can you be called a credible Mafia if you do half if not more of your Mafia Activity like weed, heroin and killings as cops You dont See Gvarida All going on cop duty and rolling up to Corleone manner to suspect 1 to start a DM fest do you Cause I sure as hell dont.

As for the whole complex thing most people dont even know it as either until a ton of cops spam it in /r if it's either as for who controls it who cares Just wait for the Owners (Gulgans) to get banned and Arratus can take it back if they cant afford it someone else will take it big deal.

Gvardia is Official group and never would go on cop duty to dm som one,or atleast dm . Check what you saying. Gulucans allways be here as a group. Pici_Gulucan work on this all and all banned members cant return to Gulucan so stop saying one banned second banned. Cause if they are banned it's automaticly means they are not more a part of Gulucan. Go play whit your water gun and hold the view point inside the you. Doesnt matter how long have you been on server how much friends you got and how much respect you have. The building is sold and Gulucans own the part of it  and it's be like this.
