Blue car try for a more Blueish background, also blending the render is actually trying to make it look like it's in the background, not just flying above it.

Can't get ideas... coz without brushes i dont get inspiration, and i dunno wich tutorials i should try :S

Keep messing around with the tools. Check out the filters, photo tools and test them.
That's the way I learnt (in Photoshop 7) ages ago.
