Hai guyz, I recently downloaded MTA SA Map editor, but can't get it working, any suggestions? What are the requirements?

I also may have gotten the wrong DL link, can someone post the link?

I'm just looking for the right requirements. Like, what do I click to install it, and where do I go to work it. I just installed it before, without pressing anything, went into MTA SA and clicked "Map Editor". And it didn't work, only some message popped up.

I need the link for it, the requirements, a tutorial on how to install it without any bugs. Or if you find a good video, I'd be happy to try it out.
