LSPD SWAT are breaking all the rules of swat, Pursuing suspects while in swat gear, Weapon equiping all the time. Its the same SRU morons just with more rights

I would like to point something out to people who think LSPD SWAT is doing something wrong. SFPD SWAT and LVPD SWAT were temporary Shut down... and LSPD SWAT was left up... other conversations were had that I can not Disclose but the Idea is to be somewhat like LSPD SWAT a Special Response Unit to be there in 30 seconds and defuse situations... That is the new Aragonath SWAT... Dont like it... ? Dont commit major Crimes.

SAPD Has not destructed we lost 2 good Senior Officers and we had an argument and some SWAT Team's were put on Standby that is all.. People blow things out of proportion.. we are not going to rework the command staff or compleatly change the SAPD Because it has one minor issue... If it can rise and conquer over the problem that it is good.

But seriously, this doesn't look good on you guys. When I posted my above reply I was freezing outside on the street, nicking wireless from a uni building I was next to - and didn't have the will to even do a paragraph.

So basically.. Dave comes out and says things about the SAPD that everyone knew but didn't want to say, but the SAPD command staff (wanting to keep their rank) and the SAPD officers (wanting promotions for their asskissing) immediately came to defend them. I dunno about the hydra or the hunters, but most of then things that Dave is mentioning are totally true and anyone who tries to say otherwise is just avoiding said truth.

I remember when SAPD didn't even exist, and it was just called the ARPD. That was when it worked, when the standard was to be a freecop and the special thing was to be an officer of ARPD (which gave absolutely no script rights). As soon as it became standard to be an officer after RS3 (when Luca fucked up the entire department), the special thing was to be in SWAT. Now that you made SWAT into generic departments with no actual fucking purpose other than to roll around with more guns, what is the special thing for elite members of law enforcement? Stop spreading out the top level just to make people happy - there always needs to be an elite group and right now there just isn't. SWAT needs to be one team, with special training, with good knowledge of working together, with knowledge of tactics. Not this mockery.

Oh.. and they shouldn't have a bloody hunter. They shouldn't be shit enough to need one, they're supposed to be SWAT goddamnit.. the "criminal group of the SAPD" on a combat skill level.

I've always put off joining SAPD, because... well why would I want to join, I've been in FBI, nothing to compare to that, although I had to leave due to another serious reason.
You shouldn't be focussing on yourself, you should be focussing on the community.

I also think quantity is not the way forward, putting a hunter and hydra into that is just absolute chaos, I do not think cops are that terrible (although they are SAPD command ).

SAPD needs to work on actually listening and involving the community, it treats itself as one big community against Argonath.
