Would putting an airline into the fan and blowing pressurised air through it help?

May be clogged with dust, my desk has a decent amount of dust on it.

I think it'd be safer to open the case instead.

I do not speak Dutch :P I'll see if I can translate it using a translator.

I already have something similar to this.

Are these powered by USB, or plugged in to another plug socket?

Joe

I dunno.. I had a great big 15cm tower cooler stuck to the bottom of my laptop with two Yate Loons at one point.. that cooled it down well. Pretty much everything else I've tried though.. when playing heavy games such as Crysis it went berserk! Max I've ever had on it even at stock, though is around 80 odd.. 90 and above is just plain dangerous and you have a really shit computer. You should try reapplying TIM as sometimes the idiots in Malaysia just whack em up together totally half-assed.

I would have thought HP was a decent brand.

May I say I am unsure if the sensors are correct, it says the PC is at 59 degrees as soon as it boots up.

I have an HP computer from 2008. In 2010 the video card and the hard drive died. Say no to HP.

Ah no problem, just like to help :P . I hijacked my own topic to be honest :P.

Although i think discussing computer brands is a little too off topic. But meh, i wanna merge in ; it's not because of HP that your laptop died, it's because it's a freaking laptop... HP is one of the best brands out there, if i'd ever buy another new PC ( never ), it would be an HP.. Don't get me started on all Asus and Dell their flaws :P
