Abusing any kind of glitches/bugs to get advantages than other players is not allowed.
And not allowed means lead to punishment,So c-bug is bannable in case of constant abuse.

Is accelerating fast when you lean forward on the bike multiple times, bannable?

Have to bump this because of certain admins' incompetence. Crouching is not cbugging for christs sake. Yesterday I got warned because i crouched behind a counter in store, just fucking ridiculous. Frankly, i dont care too much about the warn, however i certainly dont want to get banned for something made up by an admin. Are admins allowed to ban for "cbug" without video proof?
