Technically it is...reverese engineering to make a crack .exe file is against the Copyright Designs and Patents act, as it edits the main files of the game.

SA:MP was supported by Rockstar North due to San Andreas having no multiplayer of it's own. As for IV:MP.....that is yet to be decided.
