It isn't really that hold to resolve is it?!
Gulucan own a building in the Araatus complex, which means the building belongs to Gulucan. Araatus may, or may not, own a building there (and to be honest, I don't give a crap).
The complex should belong to whoever wins it. Until Gulucan bought a building there, it was considered the Araatus turf. Now Gulucan is there, the two mafias/gangs should fight over it (in proper RP) in a turf war, to decide who owns it. Obviously, you can do lots of turf wars, so the land may keep 'changing hands'. as it were.
Technically, it would belong to neither, but in true RP style, you can fight for it, just as you would fight for any other piece of territory considered 'yours', just as in the Single-Player San Andreas.

Little or no sense? Then you have no knowledge of the outside world. For example, if a person owns every property in a street (in real life), it does not mean they own the road, nor the pavement. They own the property, and land specifically given to that house. And I'm sure I read a topic somewhere, about SWAT going over so-called 'private property'. It was rejected, because in Argonath, we own the houses, not the land.
Also, I apologise profusely for speaking in 'Queen's English' (proper English, if you don't know). The post makes perfect sense, but the only thing I can think of is that you do not have the intelligence, nor the depth, to figure out what it means. Either that, or you're too bone-idle to do more than skim over posts. Not an insult (for anyone reading), just a statement.
