A simple solution is to ignore those which choose to make such fools of themselves and harass those which have a different orientation to others.

As calling someone whom may or may not be "homosexual" a faggot or anything in similar meaning over an online game has no real harm to those which are being harassed, they must simply ignore those that say such things as those which mock do not know these members in real life, but merely over a game which provides them with nothing to judge those others by, they do not know them personally therefore anything they say is more than likely made up and a load of shit which they have said to try affect or harm others online.

It's not that you're saying whether something should offend someone or not, but that you're reacting to something that you already know someone would be offended by. However, even if the particular person involved may not be as phased to such statements, that's not to say you don't take offence to the general racism involved.

Argonath has the best possible logging system, and by giving the server time and description of events we are fully capable of finding out what happened and who was guilty.
With that remember that we will not just look at the phrase of the screenshot, but also what happened before and after that. If you provoke, bait or decide to take matters in your own hand and still complain, do not expect good results. However all complaints are taken serious.
