From a week ago I printed a map from Google maps then after time I tried to print another map from Google but the printer didn't print the page and it kept saying "printing" for long time. I canceled it then I restarted but it failed then I deleted and tried to print it again but I failed and the printer did not say anything. So i tried to print a page today but the printer didn't print and kept saying "printing", and I waited almost hour. BTW it says "Out of paper" but I have much papers in the printer.

HP printers fail, never used a good one. Is it an all-in-one?

Hi FastSh00T,

This is a common problem, and your printer is not the reason for it!

Sounds like there is two problems, the first is to do with your print queue, so we will try to remove this problem first!

If you can remember where the printer queue is, its located in your printers folder ( you should be able to access this by Control Panel.

Sometimes with the printer queue if something (a file or photo you are printing) has an error in it, then you face a never ending printing queue, like the one you have now right?

The only way around this, is to delete the printer in the printers section (right click delete) restart the computer and then add it again. This should remove this issue.

The second issue that you said was the fact that the printer keeps saying there is no paper. This could be one of two reasons. Some printers have two slots for printing. One is a Tray or Print Tray. Another is the normal paper Feed Tray (usually at the top of the printer) make sure that if your printer has both of these, they both have paper in them.

After you are sure that you have paper in them, use the paper feed button, usually its a green button with a paper symbol followed by an arrow. Try pressing this button to feed the paper through it. If you cannot find this button, then another way round it would be to turn the printer off then back on again.

Hope This Helps!

Happy Printing!

Regards,

DellStorm

You remind me of coffee. And nope, I went to the computer mall and I asked him for a personal use printer, He showed me two printers, this one and another laser one for office. I choose-ed this one for personal used. And BTW, I don't buy all in one stuff because it is cheap and their company isn't famous so I won't buy unknown stuff.

Thanks DellStorm for your help, I removed the print page and restarted the computer 2 times and the printer one time then I printed a few pages. And BTW, I do not understand the green button language. Sometimes it flashs without a reason and sometimes when I hold pressing it, It doesn't turn off at all. Can you tell me how to use the green button and why it flashs sometimes?

Hi FastSh00T,

Usually when there is a green **Flashing** Button. This tells you that the printer is receiving data or is getting ready to print.

The green button language I was referring to is sometimes called a resume button. This is a button somewhere on the printer that should (when pressed) tell the printer to continue printing. It is useful when there is something like a paper jam or some issue that you have now fixed. The alternative to this button would be to turn the printer on and off.

Happy Gaming!
