Changes November 23rd 2011

• New functionality added to /ad - you can now colour your ads. To see the list of colours you can use, type /ad without any parameters
• /dice improved - although I've proven many players that complained about /dice bugs wrong many times, hopefully this will make everyone even more confident in using dice. As of today, the randomness of /dice is based on atmospheric noise rather than pseudo-random number algorithms typically used in computer programs. The /dice script is now linked to www.random.org and you can read more about it there.

• Server updated to 0.3d - You will now need the 0.3d Version of SA:MP to join our server.
• /argoradio [on/off] - In game radio streaming has been added. This is temporal until a more sotisphicated system arrives.
• New skins were added into the clothes shops:

Binco: Big Bear [4,5], Emmet [6], Kendl [65], Robber Sweet [86], Protected Smoke [149].
ProLaps: Zero [289].

Changes 06/12/11:

• ARA is now able to create new barriers (cones, signs, barriers) (most of them breakable). These new barriers only can be created if you're near an ARA owned utility truck and you're on foot. Restriction for skin is the same as before.
• Improved anti fake death detection: Thanks to 0.3d callbacks, the protection should work at 100% now.
• Several bugs fixed: Most of the bugs caused by 0.3d are gone, except for the object movement ones.
• Exported all the candy machines to Vice City.
• Improved death messages for administration.

• Changed max duration of copbans for admins and high-ranked cops to 7 days due to misuse. Only deputy chiefs(SAPD)/deputy directors(FBI) and above can copban for longer durations (30 days).
• Cleared all copbans due to christmas :)

Changes 04/01/12

• Added /equip for ARPD.
• Changed /phone so you can now buy custom phone models.
• Flashlight is now a weapon attachment like the laser, if you type /use flashlight while you're holding a weapon it will be attached into a tactical light position.
• Flares are now buyable on 24/7, You have to pay 50$ for 3 flares. To set them you have to type /use flare, they will last 60 Seconds on the ground and you can only set one at a time. /rescue is linked to the flare if you have any.

• Re-added /engine with certain changes.
• Added SAPD Command trucks at each main PD. SAPD Lietuenants+ Can now /weaponequip from these trucks in replacment of the old SWAT rancher that caused a lot of troubles.
• /equip now works at the trunks of all official Policial vehicles.
• Changes to /changename; it will now warn you if you change your name to something else if you have a free change name.

Added a scamming warning to /dice and /saynumber in an effort to reduce the number of scammers.
