ADSL fucked up

I have problem with my ADSL, modem restarts itself every 3minutes. I dont know whats the problem, i changed the cable that connects modem and computer, nothing happened. I downloaded new drivers, nothing happened. Should i get new modem, or new network card? Or i should modify something? Help please :D

I had same problem, last year, and also last months, just call your internet hoster, the company you bought from that modem, i'm sure they will fix it!
