Hello everyone.

The official Argonath RPG Passport Authority is looking for a Banner to be displayed on the main Argonath Forums, you may have seen some already, for example the outdated ones for Cems Mafia or ALS.

If you think you've got what it takes to help support this organisation to help support the community, feel free to participate in this rare event.

We are looking for a banner.
Only 1 will be displayed, and the winner will receive $5,000.00 and a special (secret) award.
Criteria:

Height: 120 pixels
Width: 200 pixels
Include either "Citizenship & Migrations Board" or "Argonath RPG Passport Authority".
It must be obvious what the banner is as this banner will help new players.
It should be clear and easy to read / make out, but still full of design.
Optional: If you decide to put City-hall picture in, make sure it is San Fierro City-hall only, not LS or LV mayors office.
