Hi,

I have been on ASUS' website, to download the ExpressGate that's supported for my notebook, and after three days of download with a speed 6 KB/s, an error appears while installing.. I have no clue what the error means, so I haven't tried much but to contact ASUS, who were hard to get in contact with.. So I'm now asking for your help. Any idea of how to complete the installation of this is appreciated. So go ahead, take a look on the picture I uploaded, and do your thing :)
Thanks in advance.

Did you re-install Windows recently?

Didn't asus provide you with a CD containing all the drivers/utilities?

You probably deleted a partition required for that,or you DON'T have the required partition for it.

You should consult the manual if you have one on how to make a partition for it

Ryan, ALL the drivers MUST be manually installed. They're all in the CD/DVD that was provided, but I have to install them myself.

Newguy, if I shall create a new partition, I must know all the files that it must contain.. I don't think there are any manual for that. ASUS had this Windows 7 Event some time ago, where they gave you the opportunity to upgrade from Windows Vista to 7. So I bought this upgrade from them, and I guess that upgrade costed me that partition? I haven't re-installed or upgraded Windows since the time where I upgraded from Windows Vista.

Try to let Windows 7 search for this driver automaticly.
