This type of error usually happens when you *lag out* or your computer does not talk to the Argonath server frequent enough. If you have just started seeing this error you can do the following to help prevent it.
Firstly, if you are using a wireless connection, try to connect via a wired interface (ethernet) and see you still get get the same issue. It could be that you are playing too far away and you are dropping the connection.
Next I would suggest you check whether you have any programs actively downloading in the background. It could be that they are using bandwidth whilst you are playing, resulting in *Lost Packets*.
If you have multiple computers in your home with friends and family, be sure to check whether or not they are downloading the same time you are trying to play on your games. It could be that it is interfering!
Another option to try if you can is to use another computer, and see if you have the same experiences (Loss of connection!)
Try turning the box that you get your internet through on and off. This box sometimes confuses itself if there is a lot of internet activity being thrown at it.
If all else fails, and you have not had this problem a lot in the past, it could be an issue with the game itself, so you might need to reinstall the game. I would only do this option if you were not able to *borrow* another computer in your house to try it from.
