There are 2 kinds of easy solutions.

1. You can upgrade your Vista to Windows 7(If you don't know how, ask someone who knows).

2. Format your PC and change your Vista windows to 7 or even to XP(I believe XP are better but it's your choise).

The reason why i asked if other online games act the same way samp is doing right now... Is because it may be down to your broadband supplier blocking or limiting certain ports. This is only my assumption which may be completely incorrect... that is if you tried the options above correctly.

Look, I don't want to upgrade my windows to XP or 7 i want windows vista and i should have the help from the first day. I want to play GTA and i can't, that is not easy.

Try downloading another GTA:SA(Not MP) maybe its the version
