In your passport you must have
1Surname/Name   <<Ur ingame name and ur ingame surname(thinka surname for you)
2Country/City      <<Countrys and Cities like Las venturas San fiero Los SAnots Countryside
3Age                  <<Ur real Age
4Place of Birth     <<Place of birth ingame not real life
5Licences           <<Licences ingame (in this script we have only driving licence)
6Jobs/Services    <<Job ingame like cop taxi driver e.t.c Services like ur clan example Armed limo service
7Real Name        <<Ur real name and surn name
8Sex                 <<Male or Female ingame not real life
9Passport id      <<U will think about ur own passport id    It will help for some situations
10Image          <<Put a pic about ur ingame character  (this will be ur favorite character)

Cross i didnt copy ur suggestion i Just make a topic that all player can post their Passport
