\someone should make a "Argonath Gaming Commission" whos job is to inspect casinos and make sure they operate correctly. you could have UC guys go in and check for scams and things.

Personally,
I do not like the idea of this thread , even if you scam weed doesn't make you bad member of the community, and this kind of topic is open invite to those who wish to get a score against someone else / shit on them, it almost meanders upon encouraging forum rule breaking.

Also:
Deliberate scamming of new players is against the rules & should be reported immediately with details to [email protected] / in-game admins  (money) AFAIK (it was some time ago) and when you deal weed / heroin you should be aware of the consequences anyway, you are rping a criminal - you should know the risks present.

Suggestion:
This sort of black list would fit in in your own clan / group private forum, sure...


Also, I'm sure you already figured out; but any information that is posted and is false will be breaking the forum rules and you will be surely punished, think long and hard about the thread.
